Kaarthik Andavar is a data engineer by day, AI tinkerer by night, and a full-time advocate for making complex data feel simple and accessible. Currently building at Tracksuit, he specializes in crafting intuitive, AI-powered data experiences—whether it's natural language chatbots that speak fluent SQL, or contributing to the Streamlit framework. Armed with a Master's in Applied Data Science from the University of Canterbury and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Amrita University, Kaarthik has journeyed through the data science trenches at Laybuy, Stats NZ, Freightways, and JUCY Group. Along the way, he's developed machine learning models, NLP pipelines, and forecasting systems that live in the real world. With side projects in Streamlit, Snowflake and ChatGPT - Kaarthik is on a mission to bring human-friendly AI interfaces to the data world.
